1. Service Definition

qrizu is a SaaS platform that enables restaurant owners to create interactive digital menus and display them to customers via QR code. The platform is a display tool and is not responsible for any content published by the restaurant.

2. Restaurant Obligations

The restaurant owner bears full responsibility for the accuracy of their data, item images, and prices. All published content must be owned by or legally licensed to the restaurant.

3. Prohibited Content

Publishing any of the following content is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate subscription cancellation without refund:

• Alcoholic beverages and spirits
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or any legally prohibited products
• Nude or obscene images
• Images of people (women, children, men) unrelated to the food or products offered
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or intellectual property
• Any content used for purposes other than a food menu

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Full legal responsibility lies with the restaurant for any content that infringes third-party rights. qrizu reserves the right to remove any suspicious content and cancel the associated subscription without prior notice.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

The service is provided on monthly plans. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. In case of cancellation due to a terms violation, no refund will be issued.

6. Disclaimer

qrizu is not responsible for any content published by restaurants, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform or content published on it.

7. Changes to Terms

qrizu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
